• Leadership from the 校董会 to examine our school's history and operations in order to create greater 股本 for students.
• Teachers implement the anti-偏见 curriculum in an age-appropriate manner alongside culturally responsive teaching methods are already embedded in the Montessori pedagogy.
• 学生, 家庭, and staff have access to affinity groups and expanded DEI parent 教育 as we continue to build to normalcy after the pandemic.
• Tools and resources are required to strengthen our 股本 journey. 教师 and staff have access to 股本 professional development training. At the end of the 2022-23 school year, 87% of faculty and staff have completed 30 hours of training through the 种子 (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) training by the 种子 National project.
